Koroitj (Tower Hill), a dormant volcano, is a short drive from our distillery and serves as inspiration for our Gin. Native botanicals from our friends at Worn Gundidj include. Correa Alba (hand picked from inside the volcanic crater), mountain pepper from the Ottway ranges & lemon myrtle. Blended with juniper, coriander, oranges and fresh lemon our Gin is the perfect expression of South West.

South West Victoria has it all, rugged landscape, idyllic coastal towns, isolated beaches and an ancient, (hopefully) long dormant Volcano. We love living in the South West and try to encapsulate all that is great about the region in everything we produce. Our vodka is distills to be as pure and fresh as a Koroit winter morning. Our whisky is a celebration of the landscape and natural wonders of the South West Region of Victoria. Bright Gold in colour, notes of raisin, red berry and fresh malt on the nose. Vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon dance across the palate. Balanced with a caramel sweetness and a light spiced dry finish. Single malt using 100% Australian grown Voyager barley malt. Aged for 3 years in toasted ex - shiraz barrels.

Old Warren Red Ale is the first installment of our newly founded Irish range. Using traditional brewing techniques and an old school recipe this red ale consists of a toffee like & biscuity aroma gives way to caramel driven flavours. finishes smoothly with a lingering hint of roasted malt.

Home Grown IPA, every ingredient in this beer has been a product of our great state Victoria, the result a golden, hoppy beer with notes of tropical fruit and ripe melon backed up by a solid malty body and an assertively bitter finish.

this kettle sour has sat for three days bubbling away before we transferred this out into the fermenter where we packed it full of fresh raspberries that it has given the beer a pink hue. The ultimate thirst quencher with a puckering finish.

This is as pure a boozy, liquid interpretation of the delicious, soft little aggregate fruit you're going to find. Kettle soured to the perfect level of tartness, it's not apparent from the perfectly-balanced palate that there's 8% alcohol here. Just perfect, raspberry deliciousness!
