Being Prepared

Here's a list of things to help prepare you for a good day!

  • Plan how to get to the Festival. See transport options below.

  • Pick a spot to meet your friends before you go in!

  • Charge your phone - your ticket details will be on your phone so it's important it's ready to go!

  • Find your Myki.

  • Your ticket information search for ticket tailor in your emails to find your tickets.

  • Your ID - if you think you might be asked to prove you are 18 and over.

  • Money! You may have pre purchased tokens which can be used for food and drink. If you need more tokens our advice is to bring cash as it's faster but EFTPOS is also available to buy tokens.

  • A picnic rug - there's a nice outside area to relax near the water looking over to the city.

  • A hat and sunscreen, it will be hot so please SLIP, SLOP, SLAP!

  • Baby change items - we don't have baby change facilities at the festival so make sure you bring what you need.

  • A plan when leaving - how will you get home?

Here's things not to bring!

  • If you can, avoid bags as they will be checked on entry and this will slow down getting into the event.

  • No alcohol, water bottles, soft drinks - These are all provided for at the festival. We will have free drink taps.

  • No illegal Drugs (The Police Station is next door!)

  • Objects that are not deemed to be safe.

  • Food - unless it's a special dietary requirement or food for infants.

  • No bikes, skateboards or scooters. Prams are allowed.

The closest station is Williamstown (After Williamstown North and Williamstown Beach), as you leave the station head towards Ann St which will take you to Nelson Pl.
